Islesford Artists was
opened in1987 to enable the community and its visitors to
become familiar with the art of friends and neighbors on Little
Cranberry Island.
Today we exhibit the work of these artists as
well as artists from other Maine islands.
From realistic to abstract, the
artists' work represents a wide range of styles.
All of the artists have special feelings for
their island homes off the Maine coast and this bond is evident
in their art.
Danny and Kate Fernald, along
with their family, love to share their enthusiasm for the
work of the artists featured in their gallery.
